Your tasks

Delivers existing training programs, including induction training, for all employee levels;
Designs and deliver new soft-skills trainings for SGSB employees;
Takes part in the design, roll out and maintenance of Talent & Development programs related to employees onboarding, career management and talent development;
Proactively identifies learning needs in the organization;
Manages external suppliers for talent and development solutions;
Administer the end-to-end training process: from attendance list to updating relevant databases and measurement of feedback, impact and return on expectations.

Requirements

2-3 years' experience in delivering learning solutions to medium sized groups of participants (aprox 20);
1-2 years in designing trainings and workshops;
Knowledge of BPOs or Shared Services environment is a plus;
Understanding of adult learning principles in the content development process;
Working technical knowledge of MS office;
Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering quality results to tight deadlines;
Ability to understand complex environments;
Flexibility to change;
Self-motivation, quick learning and creative thinking;
Very good Romanian and English language skills verbally and in writing;
''Train the Trainers'' certification preferred;
