Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and looking to develop your career in logistics? We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Ballycoolin, Ireland and help us provide exceptional service to our internal and external customers.
Location: Ballycoolin, Ireland
Working Hours: Nights - Monday to Friday, 23:00 to 7:00
What Will You Be Doing?
As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our bonded warehouse and transport services by:
- Coordinating outbound shipments with customers, transport providers, and customs.
- Handling customer queries and providing timely, professional support.
- Maintaining accurate shipment records, reports, and database entries.
- Supporting operational teams with customer-focused solutions.
- Participating in internal meetings and contributing to service improvement initiatives.
About You
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Experience in a customer service environment in a logistics environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills.
- Confidence in using systems and working with data.
- A flexible, team-oriented approach and a proactive attitude.
