    What will you enjoy doing (duties/tasks)

    • Manage and wave plan incoming orders while ensuring proper setup of consignee information for delivery accuracy.
    • Process inbound receipts and related transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) with accuracy and timeliness.
    • Prepare and stage inbound materials for quality inspection, including verifying documentation and executing system movements.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to prioritize order flow based on urgency, inventory needs, and inspection status.
    • Maintain the security and proper use of all assigned equipment and technology used in daily operations.
    • Communicate any issues or discrepancies encountered during order processing or receiving to leadership promptly.


    What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes)

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in administrative or logistics fields preferred.
    • Previous experience in administrative support, order processing, or warehouse operations preferred.
    • Proficiency in computer applications, including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SAP, is desirable.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
