Join our team as a Quality Programme Operator!


We’re looking for a Quality Programme Operator to join our on-site team in Baldonnell. In this essential role, you'll help ensure tools and parts used in critical assembly processes are thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and maintained to the highest quality standards. You'll work in a cleanroom environment as part of a global logistics leader, supporting one of our most advanced customer operations.


Location: Baldonnell

Working hours: 4on 4off, 3on 3off, Days only: 7am to 7pm


What will you be doing?


  • Inspecting tools and toolkits for cleanliness, accuracy, and completeness using technical drawings and UV lighting.
  • Cleaning parts and tools to ultra-clean levels inside a cleanroom environment.
  • Performing visual, dimensional, and mechanical inspections using precision measuring tools.
  • Carrying out cycle counts, stock purges, and quality assurance tasks as requested.
  • Working with Quality Engineers and external customers to quickly resolve kit issues and reduce downtime.
  • Maintaining all records and databases associated with quality inspections and reporting.
  • Following ESD processes and complying with strict health, safety, and cleanroom standards.
  • Supporting the upkeep and cleanliness of the cleanroom as part of the daily maintenance routine.

About you


  • You’re hands-on, detail-oriented, and thrive in a structured, high-quality environment. You bring a strong sense of responsibility and take pride in doing things right the first time.
  • Has previous experience in a cleanroom or sterile environment (semiconductor, pharma, or healthcare ideal).
  • Is confident reading simple technical drawings and following quality standards.
  • Has a solid understanding of Quality Control, inspection techniques, and technical documentation.
  • Is confident using Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.
  • Has excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Is comfortable with manual handling tasks and working in enclosed spaces.
