What will be your challenges?
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes mainly for IT areas (IT Operations & Services, Group Applications, Business Applications, Architecture & Technology, Data & Analytics) for various seniority levels positions
- Identifying Hiring Managers’ needs and developing tailored recruitment strategies for each role.
- Building strong partnerships with both local and global stakeholders
- Ensuring high-quality delivery throughout the entire tech hiring lifecycle
- Looking for standardisation by sharing best practices among HR colleagues in other countries
- Overviewing hiring and onboarding process by contacting the vendors (recruitment agencies, relocation & immigration companies)
- Managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes (Adaptation and Exit Interviews)
- Preparing recruitment reports, presentations, and HR analytics, while recommending process improvements and automation opportunities
- Supporting initiatives related to Candidate Experience & Employer Branding within the IT domain
What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT recruitment in the international and multicultural environment
- Relevant educational background (HR/Psychology or related field is a plus)
- Excellent English skills,
- Strong understanding of current challenges in the tech talent market
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills
- Familiarity with modern HR/ recruitment tools (ATS, sourcing platforms, analytics tools, etc.)
- High level of ownership and ability to drive recruitment processes effectively
- Proactive mindset with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach
